Peran Lingkungan Kerja Inklusif Gender Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Guru: Tinjauan Sistematis Literatur

Abstract

Kesejahteraan psikologis guru merupakan fondasi penting bagi kualitas pendidikan. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis literatur untuk menganalisis peran lingkungan kerja inklusif gender dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis guru. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data ilmiah seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, EBSCOhost, dan ProQuest, menggunakan kata kunci relevan. Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (publikasi berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia, berfokus pada guru, lingkungan kerja inklusif gender, dan kesejahteraan psikologis, serta terbit antara tahun 2019–2024) kemudian dianalisis. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesetaraan gender, keadilan, dan tanpa diskriminasi berkorelasi positif dengan berbagai indikator kesejahteraan psikologis guru, meliputi kepuasan kerja, rendahnya tingkat stres dan burnout, serta peningkatan motivasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan dan praktik yang mendukung inklusi gender di lingkungan sekolah untuk menciptakan kondisi kerja yang lebih sehat bagi semua guru.
