Abstract

Music therapy provides a significant deep relaxing effect, thereby improving sleep quality, the lack of individual sleep quality affects the formation of protein synthesis that has a role to renew damaged cells in the body. This study aims to determine whether musilk lofi can affect the sleep quality of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students. The research method used was quantitative-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design by treating 15 student subjects. The analysis used was with the Wilcoxon Test which obtained Negative Rank results, which decreased with a hypothetical value of 0.001 (<0.005) which means that Lofi music can affect sleep quality in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students.
