Implementasi Program Mood Station sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kesadaran Emosi pada Karyawan di Tribun Sumsel

Kesadaran emosi berperan penting dalam kesejahteraan psikologis dan produktivitas karyawan, namun masih rendah pada pekerja sektor media dengan tekanan kerja tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran emosi melalui program Mood Station di Tribun Sumsel. Metode meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan pendampingan kepada 25 karyawan, dengan evaluasi melalui observasi, wawancara, serta pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kesadaran emosi sebesar 40%, serta peningkatan kemampuan refleksi diri dan komunikasi interpersonal. Mood Station terbukti sebagai pendekatan sederhana dan efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan soft skills, serta berpotensi diterapkan di organisasi lain.
