Analisis Faktor Penghambat Siswa Kelas 1 Dalam Proses Membaca Di SD Negeri 10 Kayu Agung Kelurahan Sukadana Kecamatan Kayu Agung

The aim of this research is to describe the forms of difficulties faced by Class I students at SD Negri 10 Sukadana Kayu Agung Village which hinder initial reading learning. This research also includes observational research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. After carrying out the initial reduction (data reduction), the data obtained was analyzed descriptively and its validity was checked using a data reliability test. Research shows that the difficulties faced by Class I students at SD Negri 10 Sukadana Kayu Agung District which can hinder the beginning of learning to read and write are: 1) Students have difficulty learning the alphabet with the correct pronunciation. Students have difficulty displaying and pronouncing vowels, Students have difficulty displaying and naming consonant letters, Students have difficulty naming several combinations of vowels and consonants, Students have difficulty naming several combinations of vowels and consonants, Students have difficulty displaying and naming vowels 2) Factors that cause reading difficulties students' beginnings are intellectual factors, physiological factors, environmental factors including parents, psychological factors, obstacle factors. The solution is that parents must be truly involved in their children's learning, and teachers must be creative in their learning, including using appropriate media and methods to learn to read first.
