Pendampingan pada Usaha Pempek Cek RARA dalam Penerapan SOP Produksi dan Distribusi untuk Daya Saing UMKM

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi langsung terhadap proses produksi dan distribusi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha Pempek Cek RARA, dan wawancara dengan dua pekerja yang terlibat dalam industri rumahan tersebut. Observasi bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alur kerja, penggunaan bahan baku, teknik pengolahan, dan sistem distribusi saat ini. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman, kendala, dan strategi pemilik usaha, sehingga diperoleh gambaran komprehensif tentang kebutuhan peningkatan SOP. Hasil mentoring menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SOP terstruktur diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk, mengurangi kesalahan produksi, dan memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen. Lebih lanjut, SOP distribusi yang jelas mendukung pengiriman produk yang efektif, memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu, dan meminimalkan risiko kerusakan. Mentoring juga memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi pemilik dan pekerja, sehingga mereka lebih siap menghadapi tantangan pasar yang kompetitif. Kesimpulannya, mentoring usaha Pempek Cek RARA melalui observasi dan wawancara merupakan strategi efektif untuk memastikan implementasi SOP produksi dan distribusi yang optimal. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model layanan yang dapat diterapkan pada UKM kuliner lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing dan memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis di tingkat lokal dan regional.
