Survei Komitmen Organisasi Pada Mahasiswa Dalam Mengikuti Kegiatan Kampus

Student commitment to organizations is an important aspect of campus life. Active involvement in student organizations can provide various benefits for students' self-development, such as improving soft skills, expanding networks, and honing leadership skills. However, maintaining commitment to organizations is often a challenge for students amidst busy academic schedules and other activities. Organizational Commitment can be seen in depth about the motivation and impact of student involvement in campus organizational activities. Campus organizations also function as a forum for students to realize their potential, express innovative ideas, and develop leadership talents. Some students even view participation in organizations as a way to stimulate enthusiasm for learning, by gaining knowledge from high-achieving colleagues and creating an atmosphere that is conducive to the success of their studies.
This research will use a quantitative approach research method. With a survey method that involves filling out a questionnaire. This research aims to collect data that can be measured numerically and uses a quantitative approach. The questionnaire was created via Google form and distributed to students who took part in campus organization activities. Then the method used for sampling is the Purposive Sampling method. The questionnaire research instrument used uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5, where number 1 indicates Strongly Disagree (STS), number 2 indicates Disagree (TS), number 3 indicates Disagree (KS), number 4 indicates Agree (S). and number 5 indicates Strongly Agree (SS).
The results of this research can be concluded that the student commitment scale in joining the organization has valid items with each Rcount > Rtable. The R table obtained with n = 30 is 0.361 and Sig < 0.05. Then it has good reliability with an overall value of 0.9. The category obtained is high in measuring student commitment in joining the organization.
